Grace Wong &#8211; Liven<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grace first came to Australia as an international student at Melbourne University following legal studies. Zoe Condliffe &#8211; She&#8217;s A Crowd<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zoe grew up in Cambodia as part of a UN family before graduating from university in Australia and returning to Cambodia aged 21 with a plan to start a NGO. Louise Chen &amp; Lisa Qi &#8211; Share with Oscar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspired by a trip to Bondi Beach when they found it near impossible to find a parking space and armed with a vision to capitalise on the sharing economy and as a response to increased traffic congestion in cities, Louise and Lisa founded <a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sharewithoscar.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Share with Oscar<\/a> in 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Share with Oscar Mobile App helps cities overcome parking problems by presenting the opportunity for residents to rent out their garages or driveways AirBnB style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means a user could pay and reserve a parking space that matches their requirements for the short or long term The Share with Oscar Community is a mutually beneficial sustainable solution for congested cities. Ingrid Sealey &#8211; Teach Well<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingrid is the Founder and CEO of <a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/teach-well.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Teach Well<\/a>. In 2019, this Perth-based entrepreneur launched Teach Well to empower teachers and school leaders  to provide meaningful student outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recognition of Teach Well\u2019s impact in improving outcomes for students across Australia, Ingrid won the 2023 Cartier Women\u2019s Initiative Award for the Oceania region and was also one of 12 winners of the national 2021 Westpac Social Change Fellowship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today more than 2000 teachers and school leaders, from kindergarten to year 12 and across Australia, have been impacted by the programs, with 83 per cent of participants reporting a lift in student academic progress as a result of interactions with Teach Well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Amal Wakim &amp; Jade Spooner &#8211; Equalution<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Best friends Amal and Jade, determined to shed some weight, kept each other accountable to lose a combined 50 Kilogrammes. This inspired the duo to find their true calling to help others lose weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quitting their day jobs, Amal and Jade, launched the <a href=\"https:\/\/equalution.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Equalution <\/a>Mobile App in 2014.
