At Elegant Media, we believe that supporting local talent is essential for a thriving tech ecosystem. Our internship programme is more than just a CSR initiative, it\u2019s a way to give back to the community that supports us, inspire innovation and shape the next wave of Melburnian tech leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n

Our programme is designed to empower students and emerging professionals in the Monash and Melbourne areas with real-world experience in mobile app development, business analysis, project management and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2018, we\u2019ve welcomed approximately 90 interns into our programme, with 10 outstanding individuals transitioning into full-time roles at Elegant Media.This success reflects our commitment to fostering local talent and bridging the gap between academic learning and hands-on practical and professional expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why Our Internship Programme Matters<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Technology is always evolving so, in order to  invest in the next generation of tech talent we have designed our programme to encompass hands-on industry experience alongside all the skills and knowledge required so all applicants have the best chance to expand their career horizons at Elegant Media. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Our Internship Programme Works<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Small Intakes to ensure High-Quality outcomes <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We keep our intake small, recruiting a maximum of three Business Analyst (BA) interns every three months. This ensures all our interns are exposed to structured training with direct involvement in live projects complemented by personalised career guidance that helps to develop in-demand skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the next iteration of Elegant Media\u2019s Internship Programme, Anushka Bandara, CEO of Elegant Media will be personally mentoring our interns so they grow in a supportive and collaborative environment.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

2. Open to Diverse Talent<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In addition to direct applications through our website we collaborate with career agencies like Career Success and Career Panacea to connect with driven candidates. Our programme is open to those currently studying or with relevant work experience. Ten interns have been offered full-time roles based on their exceptional performance, demonstrating our commitment to nurturing future talent and contributing to the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
