Our programme is designed to empower students and emerging professionals in the Monash and Melbourne areas with real-world experience in mobile app development, business analysis, project management and more.
Since 2018, we’ve welcomed approximately 90 interns into our programme, with 10 outstanding individuals transitioning into full-time roles at Elegant Media.This success reflects our commitment to fostering local talent and bridging the gap between academic learning and hands-on practical and professional expertise.

How Our Internship Programme Works
1. Small Intakes to ensure High-Quality outcomes
We keep our intake small, recruiting a maximum of three Business Analyst (BA) interns every three months. This ensures all our interns are exposed to structured training with direct involvement in live projects complemented by personalised career guidance that helps to develop in-demand skills.
In the next iteration of Elegant Media’s Internship Programme, Anushka Bandara, CEO of Elegant Media will be personally mentoring our interns so they grow in a supportive and collaborative environment.
2. Open to Diverse Talent
In addition to direct applications through our website we collaborate with career agencies like Career Success and Career Panacea to connect with driven candidates. Our programme is open to those currently studying or with relevant work experience. Ten interns have been offered full-time roles based on their exceptional performance, demonstrating our commitment to nurturing future talent and contributing to the local community.
