That’s where Elegant Media came in. Drawing on our experience building over 1,000 apps across industries, we partnered with the K2W team to turn their concept into a polished, powerful product — purpose-built for the Australian workforce.
The results speak for themselves. Within the first month of launch, Keen2Work attracted over 300 users and secured government funding — a powerful early signal that the platform is already delivering on its promise to transform how Australia’s apprenticeship sector operates.

For employers, the days of sifting through stacks of resumes are over. For apprentices, so is the uncertainty of sending applications into the void. Keen2Work’s intelligent profile matching, easy-to-use filters, and built-in messaging bring both sides together in a way that feels effortless.
Location is everything in the trades, which is why we integrated Google Maps API to bring live job discovery to the app. Users can visually explore available opportunities in their preferred areas in real time — making it easy to find work close to home or scout opportunities across the country.
Under the hood, K2W is built on Flutter and PHP — a modern, robust tech stack that ensures a smooth, consistent experience across both iOS and Android, and a solid foundation to scale as the platform grows.
